We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean and just as pictured, with modern furnishings and plenty of space for our family of five (3 adults and 2 children). The tasteful décor and extra pillows and bedding were a nice touch. The heating and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the couch in the living room converted easily into a bed, which was convenient for us. Check-in was smooth, even though we booked at the last minute because of a late cancellation of our other booking by the host. The location is fantastic—close to restaurants, shops, and just a 6-minute walk to the South Kensington tube station. Cafés like Starbucks and Pret are also nearby, as are M&S, Boots, Tesco, and other stores and restaurants. This was the penthouse suite on the 10th floor but the elevator only goes to the 9th with another floor of stairs up to the suite. There were also a few steps to climb on the ground floor to get to the elevator so you may want to keep this in mind if stairs are a concern for a member of your party, and if you have a lot of luggage. That said, it was worth it and, of course, you only need to think about luggage twice.   The only minor downside was that the unit shows a few signs of water damage, and the paint in the bedroom and bathroom was visibly peeling and could use a refresh, but none of that took away from our experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Super comfy bed in a smallish room with a table and two chairs ideal for dining and/or working. power-points are numerous and sensibly located, both for working and for overnight charging etc. Numerous windows could be opened, but had no way to secure them in the open postion, and so most could NOT be opened safely, The kitchen was well appointed with a kettle, toaster, two induction hobs, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer. There was ample crockery/cutlery/glassware. The bathroom was very compact, but large enough that it did not present a serious problem. The shower had a good flow-rate and it was easy to control the temperature accurately. There was a heated towel-rail set to 70 degrees C, but I could not identify how to switch this off. Located on the eighth floor (there are multiple lifts) but on the street-side of the building the room was generally quiet, but there was some disturbance from emergency vehicle sirens and from a nearby demolition site from 07:30 a.m. The property is about 500m from South Kensington tube station (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity of the building and a 24-hour convenience store/petrol station on one corner of the building.

Excellent location - 5min walk from South Kensington station. On the next block is Sainsbury's express and one block over a chemist, coffee shop and Starbucks. If you walked the other way, you are at Sloane Square. Its a big complex and we often had to wait for lifts, but if you're able to, just use the stairs which are behind the lifts. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was made up ready for our 16yo, and bigger than the bed in the bedroom. Storage was good, having a washing machine and clothes horse was great. No laundry powder but we bought easily at Sainsbury's, I would recommend taking laundry detergent sheets if you plan to wash clothes. The staff were busy but helpful with any queries we had including storage of luggage. We stayed here twice on our trip. Its certainly not luxury, but both apartments we had were clean, functional, a good size and a reasonable price for the location. Our apartment on the 7th floor had great views over the London skyline.

location, only 6 minute walk to South Kensington tube station (easy access on Piccadilly line direct to airport), everything needed for a short stay including a washer/dryer machine & French press for coffee. Great bedding and bed, blackout curtains, modern tiled bathroom. Staff put our bags in a holding area as we arrived an hour early. Two minute walk to Starbucks (free wifi) and Sainsbury grocery store. recommend Amar coffee shop 5 minutes away. when you get off the S.Kensington tube go left on Pelham following basically alongside the tube track until you see the Michelin building with stained glass windows. Turn right past the Michelin building and the Cloisters are in the next block on the right. Easy to find.

Our favorite hotel in London, where we have stayed many times the last ten years. Nice apartments with kitchenette. Good location in a nice area, close to two tube stations and several bus lines nearby, easy access from Heathrow, many restaurants, museums and nice areas to walk around in. The hotel has been good at fulfilling our wishes regarding floor plan etc. Also, nice and good service by Urszula in the office. Thank you!
